| Title : | It's Christmas!!!! |
As part of the NVQ in Advice and Guidance that most of the staff are doing we all had to conduct fake interviews with two different clients to show we had the skills to give the correct advice this week. Trustee and Veteran Shaun Rusling came in to play the role of one of the clients and requested some advice on replacing his "old boiler". His wife Maria Rusling declined to give him any advice.
We all brought our big note books and big pens to a big meeting on Monday to discuss how last years' events went and which ones we would do again next year. So keep all of your eyebrows plucked and your eyes peeled on the NGVFA information events webpage www.ngvfa.org.uk/howwehelp/informationevents.asp after Christmas (just 10 weeks now).
"Uuwhh they advertise Christmas earlier and earlier each year don't they Margret"
"They do Rita, they do"
"uuwhh my giddy aunt"
