On the Road: Maria and her mum headed down to Peterborough on Friday to fundraise and build awareness of the NGVFA at the Shed Scooter Rally. The world of scooters is fast becoming one of our biggest areas of support (probably because the scooter community is made up of a lot of ex-forces personnel), and again they didn't fail to offer an amazing amount of encouragement.

In the Office: "Fitness" was the word on everyone's hips this week, as Sarah joined a gym, Michelle bought some onion flavoured Ryvitas, Maria began walking briskly back and forth to the photocopier, Jo went on an all meat diet, and Paul began to care for his lungs with lights and low tar. Tune in next week to find out who broke first.

NOTE: All work mentioned in the office blog is extra done on top of the essential task of providing members with the support needed on a day-to-day basis.
