The new DLA renewal form that was mentioned in the NGVFA Christmas Oasis Times Newsletter ("A new, unbelievably short, 4-page form has been introduced for those renewing their Disability Living Allowance (DLA), which is supposed to be replacing the 27 pages of information usually required." - www.ngvfa.org.uk/howwehelp/members/oasistimes.asp) is now known to have been tested over the last few months in 3 different locations around the country. A decision in whether to fully introduce the form universally has already been made, but the DWP have not yet released their decision.
